As a wedding photographer, I’ve been lucky enough to witness some of the most beautiful moments in people’s lives, capturing the joy, the love, and the excitement that fills the air on their big day. But this time, I had the opportunity to be part of something truly unique—a giveaway that gave one lucky couple the chance to win a grand wedding at the stunning Supposey Warehouse and Gardens.
The idea behind the giveaway was simple but brilliant: a couple would win a complete wedding package, including an amazing venue, beautiful decor, a full vendor team, and so much more. But there was a twist—they had to advertise themselves and rally their friends, family, and social media followers to vote for them. It became more than just a chance to win a wedding; it turned into a challenge of creativity, passion, and community support. The couple with the most votes would take home this incredible prize.
We had so many amazing vendors be a part of this day for Lesley and Brandon and I can honestly say...they truly deserved it. From spending their spring break walking the streets and handing out flyers to attending Blue Wahoos games and getting everyone to vote for them, they definitely put in the work!
What struck me the most as a photographer was the sense of community that emerged throughout this process. As the couples encouraged their friends and family to vote, they also created a sense of anticipation and excitement. I saw people coming together—family members and friends who may not have been able to attend a wedding otherwise were now fully invested in the outcome.
This also meant that when the day arrived, the wedding wasn’t just a celebration for the couple—it was a celebration for all the people who had helped make it happen. It was incredible to witness how deeply the community connected with these couples, showing up in full force to cheer them on and ultimately celebrate with them.
When the couple finally emerged victorious and we started planning the wedding, I could feel the excitement building. The energy surrounding the big day was infectious, and I knew it would be a photographer’s dream.
Lesley and Brandon were radiant, surrounded by their loved ones, and every detail was designed with care and their personality. Every detail was truly them. The ceremony took place in a stunning outdoor garden with a cocktail hour in the courtyard. We had Whim, Graze Boarders, Ash and Air Cigar Lounge and a bar provided by Classic City Catering. The reception was in the main warehouse space, which was truly magical.
For me, as a wedding photographer in Pensacola, I truly loved seeing the community come together for this. Whether it was vendors wanting to be a part, friends and family helping the couple get those votes and people showing up and giving their best creative hand for Lesley and Brandon, capturing the true essence of these moments was everything.
Thank you to all the incredible vendors that put in so much hard work to make this day so special!
We are so excited for literally one of the sweetest couples and we cant wait to see what this next chapter holds for you both! Congrats to our Gulf Coast Grand Wedding Couple Lesley and Brandon!!
