The perfect venue, for the perfect day! Being Pensacola Wedding Photographers, we get to shoot at so many different venues. Shooting at Sander's Beach will always hold a special place in our hearts. Getting the chance to photograph couples here, gets me all in my feels. Being a part of the Carson and Steven's big day was so near and dear to my heart.

What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video?

All the dancing moments, and ceremony pictures. - Steven

How did you two meet? (Tell us all those little details!)

We met in dynamics class at the University of West Florida. It took a minute for Carson to go out with Steven, but it was history after.

Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love?

I was looking for something that was different but still classic. I found this dress online and I had to try it on. The bridal shop I chose in Michigan offered to have the dress be brought over from the designer for me to try on. It was perfect.

What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it?

I’m with you by Vance Joy. Steven chose this song because he listened to it when we were in a rocky spot at the beginning of our relationship. He told me he listened to it everyday to keep steadfast and going when I wasn’t sure if I was ready to go out with him or not.

Describe what you felt when you saw your bride on your wedding day: Just amazement. I was just amazed how beautiful she was. - Steven

Describe what you felt when you saw your groom on your wedding day:

All of my stress and worries went away when I saw Steven. I became happy and just want to run away with him forever. -Carson

What was the most emotional part of the day for you?

My first look with my dad. Seeing him break down was very emotional for me. He doesn’t cry at all, so to see him get emotional was game over for my emotions. -Carson

What was the most emotional part of the day for you?

Dancing with my mom to You will be in my heart by Phil Collins. She has had a rough year, so just being with her was everything. Once I saw her crying, I couldn’t keep it together anymore. -Steven

What is ONE moment of your day that you will always remember?

Our vows. We finally got to say I do and that was everything we wanted.

Favorite part of the Phocus Experience?

The organization was amazing. Tim knew everything was going to happen and when. It took a lot of stress of us.
