"Live Oak is an elegant venue.  The indoor space is equipped with soaring ceilings and gorgeous views can go from ultra-sophisticated to rustic while accommodating up to 180-seated guests. The Cotton House has a large covered Veranda Bar that overlooks the lake with space for a full buffet, beverage station and bar. We also provide a luxurious bridal suite with wet bar, make-up stations for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready during the day. For the groom and groomsmen, we have a spacious and handsomely appointed wood-paneled Men’s Loft equipped with a full-sized granite bar, comfortable leather furniture, multiple televisions, and two separate large adjoining decks. Due to the detailed planning we do with every family, our professional staff, and our flexibly designed facilities, no matter the weather, beautiful weddings and receptions always go on as scheduled at Live Oak Plantation!

Live Oak was originally owned by a lumber baron in the early days of Pensacola.  Even though he logged and shipped thousands of trees to ports around the world, the centuries old Live Oaks on the property were spared and thus the name."
